How Madden Media Used Spexster to Streamline Tourism-Driven Commercial Production
The Challenge: Finding High-Quality Talent—Fast
Madden Media is a marketing agency specializing in tourism-driven campaigns, requiring videographers, photographers, and production crew across multiple U.S. locations. Their challenge was finding the right talent fast while ensuring contracts, payments, and pre-production coordination were handled efficiently.
Key Pain Points:
- Tight deadlines – All hires had to be secured within one to four weeks of the shoot date.
- Multiple roles across different locations – Each project required lead photographers, behind-the-scenes shooters, and video operators.
- Trust and reliability – Managing contracts, payments, and logistics without a streamlined system created unnecessary risks.
Traditional hiring methods—sifting through applications, vetting candidates, and negotiating contracts—were too slow and inefficient for Madden Media’s fast-paced production schedule.
The Solution: Spexster’s Seamless Hiring Process
Madden Media turned to Spexster to simplify and accelerate hiring. Instead of manually searching for candidates, they were instantly matched with pre-vetted professionals, ready to go.
Spexster Provided:
- Pre-vetted talent options – Five or more thoroughly reviewed candidates per role, ensuring quality and fit.
- Pre-production coordination – Scheduled meetings to align creative expectations before the shoot.
- Escrow-managed payments and contracts – Secure transactions and contract facilitation eliminated financial and legal risks.
With these solutions in place, Madden Media could focus on creative execution instead of last-minute hiring struggles.
