JIM MURPHY Jim Murphy’s reputation as a talented writer, musician and producer has grown while working alongside and touring with artists such as George Michael, Neneh Cherry, Gavin Friday and Simon Phillips. After moving to the U.S.A. from London, Jim opened Supabastid studios . He has composed for MTV, Nickelodeon and VH1 as well as National TV commercial music and Company promo spots for various clients
 including McDonalds, Pillsbury, Ragu & Macy's. As well as writing music and sound design for Comcast/ Universal projects. Jim has, and continues to compose t.v. scores for ABC, CBS, COMEDY CENTRAL and FOX working alongside producers, Chris Koch, Bob Fisher, Jen Crittenden, Sharon Horgan and Dan Fogelman. As a creative Writer Jim is currently working with L.A. Producer Lauren Levine on a film screenplay he has written and sold, which is scheduled to go into production next year. Jim has also written a couple of sitcom pilots, one of which Director/ Producer Chris Koch ( Modern family/ This is us) is in talks with to Exec produce/ show run.
